How to Apply for a Refund

  • Subscription Plan: The name of the subscription plan you wish to have refunded.
  • Date of Purchase: The date when you purchased the subscription.
  • Reason for Refund: A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund. This will help us improve our services.

Our support team will review your request and respond to you within 3-5 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
